this video tells you about how to use chroma key in photography. it tells to how you can use it and how to blend in the object to the image.

changes

we had to make changes to our video because we only have 2 weeks to film our video.
what we have changed is we will not be doing the chorus in a group dance but we will do it as one dancer which will be me.

Costumes
- for the first verse of the song i will be wearing skinny jeans and a tight
- for the chorus i will be wearing a lose clothing.

Make-up

- Me will back comb my hair to give it that frizzy look.
- Loads of make-up to make me look vain.

Risk assessment

location

The locations of our music video are going to be out side the Academy, in the Academy toilets on Phoenix floor and in the cafe.  The reason why we chose these locations is because the song is based on people who are vain so we decided to use to bathroom and make a group of girls fight for the mirror to make them self look better than the artists which is going to be Neepa.  This scene will give the impression of vain and jealousy of the girls trying to be better than the singer. We then chose to use the Academy cafe because we are going to get all the girls and Neepa coming out the toilet looking are glamed up and all the boys and looking and checking them out. Neepa will then walk towards reception and different boys will try and flatter her. 

What Are  The Risks?

The risks of making part of the music in the girls toilets are that the girls and slip if the floor is wet which could lead to getting injured. To prevent this we will have to make sure that the floor is dry and cleared of litter and hazards. Also as the girls will be fighting for the mirror someone get get hit in the face by mistake or someone call fall and get stood on. To prevent this we need to make sure that everyone is careful.  Also as everyone is pushing to the mirror the camera people could get hit or the cameras could get damaged.

The risks of filming the cafe is that people could trip over the chairs or people could not hot drinks over which will lead to people getting burned. So to prevent this we need to make sure that all hot drinks are not near where people will be running.  Also we could put water in the cups and pretend that its hot drinks. Also we need to make sure that the cameras do not get wet. 

So the main risks are:

= People slipping

= People getting burned from hot drinks

= People getting hit in the face by mistake

= Cameras getting damaged

meeting 3rd october 2011

today we were talking about what music video we like to do. 1st we decided to do kesha- party at a rich dudes hose. however our idea which was to get loads of people to dance and party but it would be hard to get people to dance to that camera. so then were decided to find a new song which would be easier to make.

Today in media we as a class had to sing to Glee - Don't stop Believing. we did this because sir wanted to show us that the music doesn't look natural when miming but wen accually singing. then we had to find three different music video that is a narrative to the song and a song that is a performance and a song that is a non narrative and then write about it on our blog.
